1. Orders & Quotations

Placing an order or requesting a quotation through this website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, delivery and payment before any sale is finalised.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Where a sale price is shown, it applies for the promotional period indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on product availability and your location.
• Installation services are quoted separately from product prices.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

4. Warranties

• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as listed on each product page.
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or acts of nature.
• Warranty claims must be made through our support team with proof of purchase.

5. Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return. Custom or installed items are not returnable.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent activity.
